Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our Auckland warehouse within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2. Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
We offer the following shipping options. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Free Standard Urban Shipping: FREE on all orders over $65 to urban addresses.

Standard Urban Shipping:
- $4.49 for orders under $65
- $0.00 (FREE) for orders $65 and over
- $5.49 (Signature Required) for orders under $65
- $1.00 (Signature Required) for orders $65 and over
- Delivery Estimate: 1-5 business days

Standard Rural Shipping:
- $12.49 for orders under $65
- $7.49 for orders $65 and over
- Delivery Estimate: 3-7 business days
Important Shipping Notes:

Urban vs. Rural: Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on your delivery address at checkout. Rural deliveries cost more for carriers, so we apply a small additional fee to help cover this. We appreciate our rural customers—and to show our support, we offer a discounted rural rate on orders over $65.

Free & Discounted Shipping: Orders over $65 qualify for free Standard Urban shipping. Rural customers ordering over $65 receive a reduced shipping rate of $7.49. All future Tui Tape bundles priced over $65 will include shipping savings clearly stated in the product title.
3. International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local customs authority. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate.
5. Delivery Issues

While we pack orders with care, we are not liable for delays or losses once a package is with the carrier.

If your tracking indicates a problem, please contact the carrier (NZ Post) directly with your tracking number first.
