Across New Zealand, you can expect delivery in 1-5 business days for urban addresses and 3-7 business days for rural addresses. Do you ship to Australia?
Yes! We ship to Australia with delivery times typically between 3-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note: customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local customs authorities.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard urban shipping on all orders over $65 within New Zealand. For orders under $65, urban shipping is $4.49 (or $5.49 with signature required). Rural deliveries have a small surcharge: $12.49 for orders under $65, or $7.49 for orders over $65. All shipping rates are calculated automatically based on your delivery address at checkout.
Is tracking available?
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this to monitor your package's progress with the carrier.
What if there's a delivery issue?
While we pack orders with care, we are not liable for delays or losses once a package is with the carrier. If your tracking indicates a problem, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number first. How do I apply Tui Tape products?
It's simple:
Mouth Tape:
- Prepare: Wash skin with soap and ensure it is completely dry.
- Apply: Gently pull either end of the tape apart and remove the backing paper from the middle.
- Secure: Position centred comfortably over your lips and press down lightly for 5-10 seconds.
Nasal Strips:
- Prepare: Ensure your nose is clean and dry.
- Apply: Gently bend the strip backwards and remove the backing paper from the middle.
- Secure: Centre over the bridge of your nose and press down firmly along the strip for 5-10 seconds.
Can I still talk or drink with mouth tape on?
Yes! Our mouth tape features a small central air vent that allows you to talk minimally and breathe through your mouth if absolutely necessary. You can also use a straw to drink water without removing the tape entirely. The vent is designed to be small enough that it doesn't interfere with the tape's primary function of keeping your lips sealed during normal sleep.
Is it hard to remove in the morning?
Not at all. Our hypoallergenic adhesive is designed to hold securely through movement but removes gently without irritation or residue.
